Aidan Hutchinson Dominates Packers With 9 Pressures and Shares Message on Lions’ Tone-Setter

Detroit Lions edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson lived in the Green Bay backfield Sunday.

In the 20-17 walk-off win at Ford Field, Hutchinson generated nine pressures and a sack per PFF, with an 81.5 pass-rush grade driving a 90.8 overall mark. Detroit generated 26 pressures as a team while Green Bay had just 8. Love was held to 27-of-45 for 274 yards.

Hutchinson’s first sack came on the first play of Green Bay’s third possession — beating left tackle Jordan Morgan around the edge for a 10-yard loss. It was his fifth sack and 16th QB hit of the season.

After the game, Hutchinson’s most quoted 4-word message was about safety Brian Branch: “He’s our tone-setter.” Branch played 45 snaps in his first game back since Dec. 4, 2025 (Achilles), finishing with 4 tackles and a leaping INT on Jordan Love at the 8-yard line.

“He can change a game by making a hit, forcing a fumble, doing a big splash play like [the pick],” Hutchinson said.
