Defensively, Campbell singled out the effort of Aidan Hutchinson and the secondary. “Hutch was relentless, as usual. He doesn’t take plays off. And I thought our DBs held strong against some talented receivers,” he said. “That’s a testament to Aaron Glenn and his staff for having those guys prepared.” The Lions’ defense recorded two sacks and a key interception that halted a Buccaneers drive in the fourth quarter.
Campbell also credited the team’s mentality, emphasizing how maturity and preparation have shaped their identity. “We’ve learned how to finish games. That’s been the difference this year,” he explained. “It’s about believing in each other and trusting the process. These guys have bought in completely.”
