Bruno Fernandes Sends Strong Warning Ahead of Portugal’s Norway Showdown

Portugal captain Bruno Fernandes has warned his team that they will have to work hard if they want to overcome a dangerous Norway side.
Fernandes praised Portugal’s defensive effort during their previous 2-1 victory over Norway in Oslo, while stressing that his teammates must be prepared for another difficult contest.
Portugal currently sit top of UEFA Nations League Group A4 with nine points after winning their opening three matches.
The Manchester United midfielder has played an important role in Portugal’s recent victories over Wales, Norway and Denmark.
Fernandes Praises Portugal’s Defensive Work
Reflecting on the previous meeting with Norway, Fernandes acknowledged that Portugal faced difficult moments but managed to remain effective defensively.
He emphasized that the team must appreciate the hard work required to contain Norway’s attack.
Portugal will once again rely on Fernandes in midfield, where he is expected to work alongside Vitinha and Ruben Neves.
The trio will look to control possession and dictate the tempo while Portugal’s attacking players look to create opportunities.
