During an NHL playoff game, Walker Zimmerman entertained Nashville Predators fans with his amusing antics with a catfish.
The defender for Nashville SC was there at the Predators’ home playoff game against the Vancouver Canucks on Friday night, which concluded in a 1-0 loss and eliminated the team. The defender had an incredibly funny on-camera experience with fans during the game, where he held up a dead catfish and whirled his long blonde hair around to stir up fans, despite the game’s sad finish.
Zimmerman has only made three appearances so far in the 2024 MLS season as he struggles to stay healthy. He only made a comeback off the bench last weekend against the San Jose Earthquakes, having been sidelined since taking a knock early in March during the CONCACAF Champions Cup match against Inter Miami. He may find himself in the frame for the Copa America or the Olympics in Paris if he can regain his form and health before the summer.
This weekend, the defender will want to contribute significantly to Nashville SC, who are having a difficult season in Major League Soccer. They have only won one game since March 16 and have just eight points after nine games this season.
