The DHL Stormers will host Toulon before traveling to face Racing 92 in the 2024-25 Champions Cup, as confirmed on Friday.
The EPCR announced the pool fixtures for the 2024-25 Champions Cup and Challenge Cup. Drawn in Pool 4, the Stormers will play at home against three-time champions Toulon and Premiership side Sale Sharks, while their away games will be against Harlequins and Siya Kolisi’s Racing 92.
The Vodacom Bulls will begin their Champions Cup campaign away against three-time winners Saracens, then return to Loftus to face Premiership champions Northampton Saints in a rematch of last season’s quarter-final. In the new year, the Bulls will play Castres away and Stade Francais at home.
The Sharks, who qualified for the Champions Cup by winning last season’s Challenge Cup, will start their campaign at Kings Park against 2019-20 champions Exeter Chiefs, then travel to England to face Michael Cheika’s Leicester Tigers. They will also face a French double-header in January, hosting defending European champions Toulouse and visiting Top 14 finalists Bordeaux.
In the Challenge Cup, the Lions will host Pau and Dragons and travel to face Montpellier and Ospreys.
