Shed Seven are excited to announce a major 30th-anniversary tour this November and December, celebrating their three-decade
journey with 23 dates across cities and towns that have been integral to their success. This landmark tour follows the release of their
acclaimed album A Matter of Time, which debuted at number one on the UK albums chart in January 2024.
The upcoming tour promises to be the band’s biggest yet, with a career-spanning setlist that will include fan favorites alongside tracks from A
Matter of Time. Fans can also look forward to surprise guest appearances at various shows, adding to the excitement. Special guests The
Sherlocks will join Shed Seven for all dates on the tour. Tickets will go on general sale on Friday, March 22, with an exclusive presale available for
fans who sign up for the Shed Seven mailing list by 12pm on Tuesday, March 19. Presale access will begin on Wednesday, March 20, at 10am.
Shed Seven’s 30th anniversary kicked off with a historic achievement as A Matter of Time soared to number one, marking the band’s first-ever
chart-topping album. The success of the album, along with their latest single “Let’s Go Dancing”, which claimed the top spot on the Vinyl, 7-inch,
and Scottish singles charts, has been met with widespread critical and fan acclaim. Lead singer Rick Witter expressed his excitement: “This tour is
our way of saying thank you to our incredible fans, both old and new. Whether you’ve been with us from the start or are just discovering our
music, we’d love to have you join us for what will be an unforgettable celebration of 30 years of Shed Seven.”
Emerging as one of the standout acts of the Britpop era, Shed Seven have solidified their place in music history with a string of classic
singles and chart-topping albums. With 15 Top 40 hits—including anthems like ‘Going for Gold’, ‘Chasing Rainbows’, ‘Disco Down’, and ‘On
Standby’—Shed Seven’s music continues to resonate with fans across generations. Now, three decades into their career, the band
remains renowned for their electrifying live performances and their unwavering passion for their craft. Don’t miss out on what promises to be Shed Seven’s best tour yet.
