The Rangers seem to have hit a dead end in the transfer market and are facing more frustration as they miss out on a highly sought-after free transfer.
According to Daily Mail journalist Tom Collomosse, Callum O’Hare is set to sign a four-year contract with Sheffield United after completing his medical on 15 July. Collomosse had previously reported on 1 March that the Light Blues were interested in the then-Coventry City midfielder as his contract was nearing its end, with clubs sending scouts to observe him.
On 27 April, TBR Football reported that Burnley was leading the race to sign the 26-year-old, although Rangers and Celtic were still in contention.
