His career began in 1996 with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he worked in merchandising before moving to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2007 as Vice President of Merchandise Sales and Licensing. From 2017 to 2023, he served as the Hall of Fame’s Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing operations, sales, and the Hall of Fame Enshrinement Week festivities. Notably, he was instrumental in developing the National Youth Football and Sports Complex and the construction of Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium, emphasizing his commitment to youth sports.
