FORMER ALABAMA RECEIVER AGREES TO TWO-GAME SUSPENSION
The NFL has recently imposed a two-game suspension on former Alabama wide receiver Jameson Williams for breaching the league’s performance-enhancing drug regulations.
This isn’t Williams’ first suspension; he previously received a four-game ban in 2022 for violating NFL gambling rules after placing bets on games not involving the NFL.
While Williams initially considered appealing the suspension, he announced through his agent, Rocky Arceneaux, on Thursday afternoon that he plans to accept the NFL’s decision.
