Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr. (Hamstring) Ruled Out for Week 10 vs. Steelers

Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. has been officially ruled out for the team’s Week 10 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers due to a hamstring injury, according to Nicki Jhabvala on Twitter.

Robinson, who was limited in practice on both Wednesday and Thursday, was downgraded to a DNP (Did Not Participate) on Friday, signaling that he will miss his second consecutive game. This opens the door for Austin Ekeler to take on the bulk of the carries for Washington, with Jeremy McNichols and Chris Rodriguez Jr. expected to see additional work in the backfield.

Fantasy managers relying on Robinson will need to turn to alternative options for this week, while Ekeler’s fantasy stock sees a notable boost in his absence.
