Wolverine Nation, I have something special to share with you. After much reflection and discussion with my coaches, family, and loved ones, I’m thrilled to announce that I am returning to The University of Michigan for my final year. This decision wasn’t just about football—it was about loyalty, unfinished business, and the deep love I have for this team and this university. With one year of eligibility remaining, I’m coming back to help lead this program to another National Championship.
Being a Michigan man means more than just wearing the jersey. It’s about embracing the responsibility that comes with it—representing a tradition built on hard work, resilience, and excellence. My time here has shaped me into the athlete and person I am today, and I owe it to this program, my teammates, and every Wolverine who came before me to give everything I have in this final season. There’s a fire burning inside me, and I’m ready to leave it all on the field.
We have a championship mindset, and that will never change. The road ahead won’t be easy, but nothing great ever comes without a fight. With the best coaching staff in the nation and the most dedicated group of guys in that locker room, I know we have what it takes to compete at the highest level. Every rep, every practice, every game will be another step toward our ultimate goal—bringing another title back to Ann Arbor.
To the fans, your energy fuels us. The Big House isn’t just a stadium—it’s a fortress, and your passion makes it the most electric environment in college football. I can’t wait to run out of that tunnel again, to hear the roar of over 100,000 strong, and to give you a season to remember. We do this together, and with your unwavering support, we’ll make this year one for the history books.
