Borussia Mönchengladbach genehmigt Tausch von Manu Koné für 18 Millionen Euro an…

Gladbach hopes that some players can draw interest based on their performances in competitions this summer, such as Nico Evledi and Joe Scally who will be playing at the Euros and Copa America, Manu Koné who is also a candidate for sale and will be playing at the Olympics with France, and defender Ko Itakura who had received interest from other clubs last summer. Midfielder Florian Neuhaus can also leave the club as it is widely known that the 27-year-old has fallen out with manager Gerardo Seoane, and attacker Alassane Pléa who has recently struggled under the Swiss coach.

Gladbach hopes to get about €18 million in exchange for Koné, and this money will probably go toward the team’s ongoing reconstruction.

With the addition of Kevin Stöger from Bochum on a free transfer and Philipp Sander from Holstein Kiel, Die Fohlen have already completed two signings this summer.
