HENDERSONVILLE, TN — The City of Hendersonville is excited to announce the details for the 2024 Hendersonville Christmas Parade, set to take place on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 2:00 PM. The parade, a beloved community tradition, will feature vibrant floats,
marching bands, local organizations, and a special appearance by Santa Claus. This year’s theme is “A Sparkling Christmas,” promising a dazzling display of holiday cheer throughout the downtown area.
Parade participants are encouraged to gather at the staging area starting at 12:30 PM at Old Shackle Island Road, where they will line up for the procession. The parade route will begin at South Anderson Lane and travel along Main Street, winding through the heart of
Hendersonville, before concluding at Walmart Plaza.Attendees are advised to arrive early to secure a good viewing spot, as the parade is expected to attract large crowds. Local businesses along the route will be offering festive promotions, and food trucks will be
stationed for attendees to enjoy holiday treats. “We are thrilled to bring the community together to celebrate the holiday season,” said Mayor Jamie Clary. “This event showcases the spirit of Hendersonville and our strong sense of community.”
The parade is free and open to the public. In addition to the procession, there will be a Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Hendersonville Public Library immediately following the parade, where attendees can enjoy live music and festive activities.
